Lab. Overview

Semiconductor Thin-film Process Laboratory (STP Lab.)
Prof. Woongkyu Lee Group is focusing on the advanced thin film deposition technique, Atomic Layer Deposition, for synthesis of challenging functional materials.STP Lab. is applying ALD to fabricate next generation devices such as Semiconductors (DRAM, Flash, Memristor) and Displays.
